I keep getting these pop-ups from adobe flash player I have pop-up blocker what to do?

I also have a stop-sign firewall and antivirus and yahoo pop-up blocker's on the tool bar and I still get them every few minutes.

Not all popups are blocked, especially ones that the user causes. If there is a web script that requires the users interactivity to cause the popup, most popup blockers will not stio it.
