sharpy is really easy to take off from skin with water.but if you have it on the wall or on clothes you can try using hairspray.spray as much as you want on the stain and rub it really good.if you dont see it going away,put some more hairspray on it and pop it in the washer.good luck.oh and be careful next time!

It depends on how long it's been on the pants. If it has just been stained, you might want to quickly try to wash it off. However, if it's been on the pants for a long time, it will have been absorbed into the fabric.
