It means satisfied with what you are and what you are doing. examples? well, suicidal people are not comfortable in their own skin, unfortunately. I am comfortable in my own skin. an example is that I don't care what people think of me because I know that I'm beautiful and that is what matters. Hope you're comfortable in your own skin!

Basically it means that you are comfortable with who and what you are. For example, you are not trying to change yourself by getting cosmetic surgery or botox because you love yourself regardless of how you look.
