What do people complain for when they call the customer services of a chocolate company?We all know advertising and packaging and signage can be misleading at times but do really people call to say the chocolate is too sweet for example?

i once had some revels with no coffee ones in and they are my fav i only get them for the coffee ones! i wouldnt complain cos i'm not like that! but it also says if u have a complaint u have to send the whole packet n chocs back n that would have been no good seen as i kept eating them to try n find one lol

You know how chocolate goes a bit white sometimes? I reckon that's what most people complain about.

I once had a packet of munchies but they were just solid chocolate inside, there was no wafery bit, I thought I'd phone up to complain... but I kept eating them to check whether they were all like that.. they were! = )

I think they can only complain in case the quality of the product did not meet the standards chocolate should be measured against.

I once had a Galaxy caramel without the caramel. I was pretty gutted. Didnt complain to the company tho.

Not enough in the packet lol ....i LOVE galaxy and there isn`t enough in any bar yummy ....
