What is the name of the free Animal Crossing like game?

there is a new website that has a game simular to Animal Crossing but it is free does any1 know the name of it

The only thing I can think of is Harvest Moon.

There's a new game for the Nintendo DS which was out recently, so it might be what you're on about, but I'm not sure.
