When the politicians control the media, the newspapers, the T.V., the radio etc people have no access to the "truth", and simply have to believe what they're told. At least the web is giving more people access to different versions of events, though how long that will last we'll just have to wait and see.

Believe it or not, what you say is true. You hear something enough, it becomes true in your mind.

People are not naive they just give up after hearing too many lies.
