There have been some teen-age boys that have died on the football field, usually they say that the boy had a heart problem but then it shows that the coach didn't protect the child enough.

Not that I know of... and if it were a pro player you would have definitely heard of it... like Ray Chapman of the Indians getting killed in a baseball game... I am not sure about college or high school football...

Yes, a long time ago a player got hit and the hit broke his neck and he died. I don't know anymore information but my mom told me about it. She and my dad were watching the game.
