To be honest with you 14 years ago my biological clock was ticking and as much as people probably don't like to hear this I got pregnant with my then boyfriend, he acted like he wanted a baby when we met it was the last thing on my mind, until my clock went off. i wouldn't do anything differently as my brother died 4 years ago but he got to know and love his nephew and the summer after my brother died my heart was failing, this has since resolved however it makes me not want to have any more children physically. and the last thing is that at 40 i am now going through the change of life so there you have it. if i had done one thing differently i wouldn't have my son, even if i never get married i do have a child.

No you don't need to be married to have a baby. One parent can give as much love as two. There are alot of option out there. If you can still get pregnant find a man and tell him want you want. Tell him he doesn't have to do anything you just want a baby. If adopting is the only way there are lots of kids in foster care that would love to have a parent. I know a family that just adopted a little girl that they have had since she was 2 months old and now she is a 1 1/2 and they have adopted one other that way also.

If I wanted a child that badly and didn't have any prospective partners, I'd either get arifically inseminated or adopt. There aer so many children in the world that are in need of a loving parent. Why not consider adopting until the right man comes along and you can have your own? Otherwise, find a spermbank and a reproductive health doctor and take matters into your own hands. Good luck!

If you are mentally, physically, and financially ready to have a child, there are many options. You could ask a friend for "help", or go to a sperm bank. There is no reason that you should not have a baby because you have not met the right person yet. Good luck on your quest!

Well, if you are financially secure and are truly ready for all that single parenthood has to offer there is always artificial insemination, however it is not cheap nor is it guaranteed. Parenting with two parents is hard I can't imagine being a single mother, good luck.

Adopt...If you believe you would make a wonderful mother and really want to raise a child, then by all means adopt.

Well the clocks and bells don't usually start going off until one is in their late thrities...since you don't give your age you don't give me any way of advising.

Not everyone is meant to be a mother, and this is probably the case with you. Sorry, but don't go out having kids on your own. It's unfair to you and the children.
