I promise you all that I did not steal this pair of pants. I bought it with my mom today at Macy's in Steubenville, Ohio. Please help!!!!

Oh sh#*! You have no time...I guess you have to take the risk & clip it off with wire cutters. Either way, even after you wear 'em, get your evidence together (rcpt, damage, etc.) & march into that store & scare the poop out of 'em all! PS Is it really full of ink or is that a myth? Why would they risk other merchandise or carpet, or customer's clothing, etc. by doing that?

There should be a side where the ink is not in on one side of the pants. Theres almost like a pointy end but its kinda rounded. You have to use a lighter and burn away the tip till you see a metal ball then just pop it out with a knife,keep burning it till you see 4 tiny metal balls pop them out then the thing will come right off.It won't break. I had to do this before cause i had a ink tag on my jeans and the mall had already closed so my brother told me how to do it and it worked.

If you really did not steal them, take the pants, the receipt, if their were any other tags you removed and the original bag you to a store and ask them to kindly remove the tag. They probably will do this for you if you ask nicely and can prove that you did not steal them. But hurry, you are running out of time.

Don't take it off or it'll squirt all over the place. They have a special machine at the store to remove those inktags, you can either cut it out and ruin the pants, or try to pry it off and ruin the pants. The best bet is where some other pants and afterwards go back to that store and show them your receipt and they'll happily remove it =).

Just get everything ready get all dressed and have your mom take you by the store on the way. Then when she comes back with the pants hurry up and slip them on and Vwalla you've got you some spiffy tag free pants

You'll need a strong magnet in order to remove the tag. If you don't have one you need to take them back to the store.

the only way to remove it is to rip the pants a little bit or bring them Beck to the store be carefull though the ink can leak out

Unless you have an ultra strong magnet you'll have to take it back to the shop.
But if you do have a magnet then that will release the clip, don't try and force it cause it will break

I had the same problem on one of my hats...annoying I know...but the only thing that u could really do is go to the store and get it done...take it off

Go back to the store, with the reciept, and ask them to remove it.
