Yup....vinegar works great! Use a cloth not paper towels. Lemon also.. natural home remedies

Dip in vinegar and then rub with salt. This works well to remove the tarnish, but it needs to be sealed or will tarnish quickly again.

Also could try rubbing with half a lemon dipped in salt

My mom uses either baking soda & water paste OR plain toothpaste. They both work well and neither have the smell of chemicals.
