why do i always like bad guys?

They either has no job, or a player, or religionsly could not marry me....

My parents gave me away to a relative when i was 1 because they did not have kids. They took me back home when i was 3 or 4 .. they thought i could not remmeber everything but i remember i was always alone as a babe- around 2-3 did not remember anyone hug me, or mathering me, just myself wondering around the garden , watch blue sky and air plants flying by... very lonely chirldhood..

Is that the reason i dont want anyone to be really close to me?

perhaps you don,t think you deserve a good guy. but i think most women that date bad men think they can change that person. but people don.t change unless they want to.i,ve known a few really good women that go from one abusive relationship to another,at some time you must step back and look at what you really want . if you want to date jerks that your decision ,but you have to except that if you don,t try to date good men .it could be that you don,t think nuce men are macho enough for you.

I seem to have the same problem too. I always pick out the biggest jerks. I guess they just have a certain sex appeal. I had family problems also when I was a child and my father was abusive to my mother. I don't think that childhood problems really cause you to pick out similar relationships because since my father was abusive I now would never ever be with an abusive person. It had the opposite effect on me. I think perhaps you're just unlucky and being decieved when you first meet the guys into thinking thier nice

i could be. My friend was never without attention when she was little, so now she makes up lies and stuff without realising it, just to try to get the attention she has at home. it;s possible its the other way around for you. i'd suggest trying to keep an open mind about everyone, even if it feels like their smothering you. Maybe gently explain to them you need a week alone or somethiong. pretty soon you'll be open to people who have a greatlife and want you as an addition. always have a friend check out the guy your seeing, before you get serious, because of your feelings, you could be seeing him better than he is just because he doesn't spend to much time with you.

You like bad guys because we're tough and stand up to anyone and anything. We protect our women and keep them secure.
Your childhood is full of disappointment and so you don't want to trust in anything that you feel will ultimately let you down. You have been hurt enough and so you have become so accustomed to it that you actual understand it to the point that you trust in it. It's familiar territory for you and you are afraid to venture off into a world you have never known.

could be several reasons.
bad boys are sexy.
women think they can take a bad boy and tame him, then he will never leave us out of gratitued and love.
maybe you pick people who will leave because what you know is less scary than what you don't know reguardless of how bad the "what you know" part really is.
maybe you don't want anyone to get close to you because you are afraid they will leave once you let your guard down so you deliberately pick men who you cannont connect to.
maybe you don't feel you deserve anything better.

Perhaps you do not feel you deserve anyone who is going to love you and appreciate you. As though you do not feel like you deserve to be loved. you need to get some counseling or be very strong within yourself, and realize we all desire and deserve respect.
