Unless he/she has a reason to give you an internal (vaginal) examination, no.
If it is necessary, then the hymen rupture may be evident. Sometimes, after many years of not having sex, it might even grow back, I hear.
But why would you be concerned about this?
Doctors see non-virgins everyday.

People think the hymen is some magical virginity indicator which is not true. You could have broken your hymen riding your bike or doing gymnastics. A doctor can tell if there has been some sort of trauma to the vaginal walls, but that is it. If it is has been months, they can't tell. Anyway, how would they know if you had sex or just played with a dildo or something?
Anyway, the bigger question is- why are you worried about it? You should not lie to your doctor about your sex life since he/she needs that information to determine your health. If you are worried about the doctor telling your parents, just request to see the doctor alone.

He might or might not be able to tell. But the more important thing is that you should always tell your doctor the truth. If you have privacy issues with being young, then try to get in there without your parents so that you can ask any questions you might have. Best of luck.

ever? yes becuase the hymen will be broken, but as far as when the last time you did? No you doctor can't tell if you did it in the car on the ride there or 6 years ago.

Yes. When a girl has sex, her hymen is broken. It doesnt grow back. A doctor can tell if the hymen has been broken by doing a pap smear test.
