Well, in Jewish culture it was made by making the giant figure out of clay and then inscribing the Hebrew word for life into it's forehead. To get rid of it the words would have to be rubbed out.
An ancient Rabbi was said to have tried it.

That secret is suppose to be kept by only high ranking Rabbi's members of the Jewish faith and that information is passed on to only those that follow them............. They only other way is to try reading a real book called the Kabbala which are a very rare.

Try a tulpa, seems easier. Look up Alexandria David Neel, though hers got a little out of control. Perhaps you will have better luck training yours.
