I feel Shaklee's all-natural high potency B-Complex is the very best. It contains all eight bs and what makes this product unique is that it's formulated so that the hard-to-absorb but critical B vitamins, called folic acid, is readily absorbed due to a patented folic acid coating.
Key Ingredients are: Vitamin B, Folate, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, Riboflavin, B6, B12, Biotin, Niacin, Thiamine
Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

I agree with previous answer. You can pay more - lots more - but Now Foods makes as good a vitamin B complex as anyone. Check them out at www.nowfoods.com. I take one that has bioflavinoids in it, as that's closer to what I'd get if I ate the whole food.
Now, what do you mean by "Super B-Complex" I wonder. Most B-combos come in "B-50" or "B-100" so named because one has about 50 mg or 50 mcg of each of the known B vitamins in it. No one needs more than 100 mg. and I prefer to take the 50 mg. because it's easier on the stomach. If you think you need more, you can always take 2. They're going to work best if you take one in the morning and another at noon.
Then there are "Stress-B"s specifically formulated for people trying to cope with extra stress or alleviate nervousness. B-complex by itself will do that, but these formulas usually have a few herbs in them to boost the effect. They may contain Valerian, Lemon Balm, St. John's Wort, Hops or similar herbs with a calming effect.
You'll get more from the bioflavinoids if you take vitamin C with your B-complex. Some formulas have the C added in.

The ones that do not have fillers/additives added to their product. "Now" brand has supplements that are pure with no additives.
