Vert lines through the display, pulsating. This happens after the laptop is warm. It is a known issue, I just can not remember the part name to replace, or where I can order it. If any one can help thanks!

I think that the part you need is QD15XL06. You might want to call HP (yeah, I know, it stinks) and asking them for a part number and price. Then you google the part number, and look for it on ebay.
I'm thinking you're gonna see about $180 for the LCD. I don't know what it will cost for having someone install it, or what the screws and trim might cost. You might also replace the cable and inverter while you're at it. In other words, I'd expect to pay $300 or so for the repair.
