You should get into the Immigration section the justification for breaking the law is mind boggling. They hate any rational answer.
lol
This is the only Website I have ever been on that the majority of questions are just as stupid as the answers.
But, most are very young uneducated or live in an alternate world under a rock.
Most of the same people above that don't like your question or answer they call it abuse and get your answer or question deleted.
I"ve had my answers taken off a few times but I don't care because I made my point to the person who asked the question. That is all I wanted to do.
Never had to change my account though. Yahoo doesn't believe in freedom of speech I guess. Sad.

I guess it really depends on the person answering. I myself posted a question today that got just stupid responses. If there not stupid responses it's people blasting you for a typo... Ultimately I've had a pretty cool experience with Yahoo. It's neat to ask questions to a large forum and have unflitered responses from folks that are interested. I just wish all the Jerry Springer types that wasted time and energy weren't around. But unfortunatly I guess we have to take the bad with the good.

It's all about "control". When the "control freaks" don't get the answers they want, they throw tantrums. Just thank the good Lord that you're not in their presence and keep answering the way you feel free to. :-)
If you let them "bother you" with their pettiness, then they've still got control over you (your emotions). I suspect those asking stupid questions are still in high school. Their behavior is more juvenile than some of those in high school.
When I first came in to Y!Answers, I answered loads of questions, then i realized i didn't really have to answer the stupid ones, ha ha!! So i'd just give them a "thumbs down" and then move on to the more intellectual questions. It's your choice, really. You can either react with the negativity they so desire, or you can simply move on without acknowledging them.
You see, they target "small minds" that can easily be aggravated into anger, which is exactly what they want. If you see a racist, sexist, bigoted question from now on, you can either give them a thumbs down and move on, or report them to yahoo. :-) It's quite simple really.
Those types of people are probably used to getting reaction from their stupidity, because it's what they live with.
Incidently, not all Christians behave with such hatred. There are many good Christians. Some just tend to use God as their excuse to hate, which is so wrong. Because God is a God of Love, not of hate.

Honey, some people just like to feud. It don't matter how Innocent the question is, they have to be an @ss about it. It is all thru Yahoo Answers! because opinions are like @ssholes, everybody has one, and some of them are jerks.
I haven't started a new account, but I've only been on here about a month. I just consider the sources. Cause sticks and stones may break bones, but name calling can't hurt anyone(except their feelings).

Because the children on here do not have the mental ability to discuss issues without turning it into a name calling event. That is the same problem Republicans are having with liberal Democrats, the lack of a platform, and a clear, complete, strategy is causing the Democratic party to act just like the children on here.

Religion and politics are the worst. Some people would rather die than consider someone else's opinion as truth. Since nobody on the outside values their opinion, they come here to vent. I could really care less about their bit....., because I have a life. I think they're funny!!!

I totally agree!
It must make some people fell real good to be able to "dog someone out" over the internet. When someone posts a question, and gets an obnoxious answer, you can bet your bottom's dollar, that if the person who gave the answer, where to meet face to face with the asker, the answerer would not say those things to the asker's face.

I've received complaints from both groups, each one calling me the other party. Obviously the people use whatever is convenient at the time...even when they don't actually have an answer. Sounds more like ego to me...

Some people on here just come on to parrot their favorite pundits. Other truly have no other mindset that what is put there by the pundits. Either way, too many people on here have no true opinon of their own.
