I hate it, someone is doing it outside now. Taxi drivers are the worst, does it annoy the hell out of you to?

Rude world...people should be out at the door ready to get in the taxi so they would not have to beep. As for the rest of them do what I did...go out and give them a blast. Too damn lazy to get out of the car and go to the door...loud & obnoxious...busted fat **** will go to the gym but won't walk 3 metres...sit out there hollerin'.......ignorant self important jerks....wake me up on Sunday morning.....

I understand taxi drivers doing it - people should be outside ready and waiting when they call for a cab. Think of how many times cabbies would have to pull over, park, go up to the house, knock, wait, etc. every day.
Other people though, like friends or family, should call on the cell to say "I'm here" instead of honking. My mom used to pull up to my apartment complex and honk and I freaked out on her for it. She didn't think it was that big a deal, but she knows better now.

It is annoying and it happens because people are lazy or maybe they are in a hurry. If I don't feel like getting out of my car to go to the door then I just call them when I turn onto their road.

If it is a taxi I could understand it-if it is a guy picking up his date- that is rude- people do it w their kids too-it doesn't bother me - as long as it is before midnight- D

I hate when people do that, especially at 6am when eight of them pile into a truck to go to work.
It's lazy, rude and unnecessary.
