I was given a pretty old Mac (Apple) Laptop. A Macintosh Powerbook 1400 Series. When it was used by my relative (who purchased and previously owned it) she used AOL on it. I do not use AOL. I use Comcast High Speed DSL, so I wanted to know the procedure for hooking up wireless internet to the laptop. Is it possible to use wireless on it even though it's old? Do I need an ethernet card? And if it's not wireless internet capable can I atleast use DSL that's not wireless? Help.

The Powerbook 1400 has no ethernet. However,it has pc card slots--two type II and one type III. It will support up to os 9. Airport was available on os 9 if you can find an Airport pc card it just may work!
