Not much unfortunately. I'm 16 and have handed out more C.Vs than I can count, filled out several application forms, and hadn't had any luck up until two weeks ago when I got asked in for an interview at the one shop I was really interested in. I start work at Waterstones bookshop a week today!
I'm no expert but the best thing I can think of is just hand out loads of C.Vs and fill out any application form you can get hold of, and take any job you're given until a new, better one turns up. The more experience the more likely I'd imagine they'd be to give you a job.

Here are the jobs I did as a teenager (with ages):

11-13: dogwalking
13-14: coffee shop waitress
14-15: hairdresser's assistant (washing hair, sweeping up etc)
15-16: worked in a corner shop; chambermaiding
17-19: worked in Superdrug

I think I missed something out, but you get the idea...
