In the grudge 2 does karen and aubrey die. if so that is shitty they should have kept them both alive to make a third one.

Not that it matters since the movie was so horrible, but yes they did die. The option to make a third one is still there because they said once someone went into the house the curse was let loose. If they want, someone else can enter the house and let the 'Grudge' free again
