No it is not! These so called Grills, are only placed over the existing teeth. And they are made of a metal that is softer than the Grill metal. Something else to note about the Grill look is that they cause dental problems. As well as bad breath if not used properly. Too many people wear them without cleaning them. Gum decease and tooth decay follows.
