Try Nero, but before you do, I suggest you go to your local computer shop and but some ready cut lable covers, they are self adhesive so you just print them out and stick them on, saves all that cutting out and messing with glue.

nero contains a section on CD covers or do you mean straight onto CD itself

download nero will burn cds and do covers for you
