Left click on it and hold down the button and drag it back to the bottom. Then right click on it and click lock taskbar. Great trick is to take a screen shot of your desktop. Paste it in to word or word pad - copy it to a file. Then go back to the desktop drag all the icons in to a folder and put that folder in Mydocuments. Drag the taskbar to the side and unlock and hide it. Then make your screen shot your desk top background. Everything looks normal - but nothing works - drives even the smartest of geeks crazy!

Just left click the task bar and hold it down and then drag it to the bottom. If you want to prevent the task bar from moving then right click the task bar and enable the option to lock the task bar.
