Off to court we go.....pull up your boots tie them tight.....you are in for a fight. The judicial system will allow "Tara" to have her say.Thank god you are "Glenda the Good Stepmother."

You will have to get a lawyer and go to court to keep her. With her wanting to stay, the judge may take that into consideration. Good luck.

the sole component you're able to do is hire a lawyer and attempt to get custody. The decide will evaluate each and every thing you have stated, alongside with the fact she has to share a room with brothers, it extremely is illegitimate in maximum states previous the age of 5, and that the baby needs to be with you. i might get a lawyer ASAP and initiate the approach.

The court is the only one that can decide that, right now. Start on that option, first thing in the morning! Call your lawyer!

You'll have to go to a judge or mediator to come up with an agreement between her father and mother.

i would think you would have to prove her to be an unfit mother.....unless she agrees to you having full custody.....other than that once she is 16 she can make the request with the family court herself......
