no. You date people you are attracted to. Some people only date brunettes or blondes, or blue eyed, people or tall people. No one accuses them of being prejudice (or at least not enough for me to have heard about it).
Date whoever you want to date.

It's not racist, instead it is racist to say there is something wrong with it. Just see the answers here, like if someone says "you are limiting your choices", I don't think they would say this to a white girl dating only white men. Seriously, I have never heard that in this case someone says she should start to date black guys as well.... and just see how racist is that answer with the "apes of swine"....
So again, dating only black men is no more racist than dating only white men, racism starts when we start to think about all this so much. You can be with guys to whom you are attracted, you can have the friends you want, no one is a position to judge this.

you can hang out with whomever you feel comfortable with.
now don't point the finger or say how "whitey be racist" because white people will think less of you because you choose to socialize with africans. remember it's YOUR choice to live your life but consider the consequences.
Now don't come back crying to "racist whitey" when Jerome, Dontell, Derrick, Kendell, Quami, and Shaq gets you pregnant and beats you every day.

If you think black people are better than other people, or you treat people differently because they are or are not black, then you are a racist. If you just happen to be drawn to black people for some reason, but you wouldn't reject someone or think of them differently because they're not black, then you're not racist.
That's my way of thinking, anyway.

I don't know that it is so much "racist" as I believe you are limiting your choices by sticking to only one race, no matter what race it is.
