He is going to have to go through Family Court no way around that. there is no easy answer to this.
I don't know what happened in their relationship that broke them apart too begin with so I can't say how she is feeling.
BUT if she is playing games she will pay in front of the judge. Because your son is paying child support she has no legal right to keep the child from him. However, since he has not gone to court he doesn't have any back up from the courts.
This issue is so sad for all concerned but more sad for the child who is not being given a chance to be with Grandma or Dad..
Best wishes.

I've been throught that, so u tell the ***** to back away. As the father of the son, he has rights. If the court said he couldnt see his son, for being unstable, then u cant. But im guessin' he is stable so u can tell the xgf so back off... You have rights to see your grandchild...the xgf has no right to see him or have him...If the father pays child support, he is payin' for him to get by and so as long as he is payin' he can see his son when ever he wants... i know all the games too, she thinks she is sly but she is a ***** and you have rights to your grandson, he is half your blood by the way. the xgf sounds like a retard for doing that.

He needs legal visitation rights granted and documented. Maybe you can pay for his attorney.
