'The Ninth Gate', a film starring Johnny Depp about a book that supposedly summons the devil, over TWO AND A HALF HOURS of my life wasted, but you keep watching because you think maybe the devil will actually put in an appearance, AND HE DOESNT.
Ive never felt so cheated by a film. I nearly put my foot through the telly.

The ending to Prime was like torture to me. it should have ended half an hour before it did. At that time they had broken up and all that happened was they saw each other a few times and then it ended. There was no need for the viewer to see each other after they broke up, unless they got back together. The movie started out funny and nice, but in the end it was depressing and boring.

Heat - Neil McCauley (De Niro) should have totally blown Lt. Vincent Hanna's (Pacino) brians out. Sure, it makes him more "human" that he makes the choice of death rather then jail or killing Vincent, but come on, he's a career criminal, who thinks nothing of killing/trying to kill countless number of cops while escaping from the bank job, yet when he has the jump on the cop who vowed to take him down if it came to it, he lets him turn, aim and fire?
Shocking Micheal Mann, then what does he do years later, the same kinda crappy ending with Collateral.
Still, both are great films, i'd just rather see the realistic endings.

Space Odyssey 2001. I'm sure the film students would have loads of arty stuff to say about the last 20 mins but I thought it was self-indulgent rubbish....

I HATE the ending for 'The Birds'. I didn't like the fact that they just got in the car, and it finishes...How do we know they got to the hospital? I mean, the birds could have all been waiting round the corner with one of those stinger strips used by police to slow criminals down, then when they got out of the car to run to hospital, they could have all been eaten by the birds.
I didn't like the 'Invasion of the Body Snatchers' ending either...so predictable.

When Tony Montana gets killed in Scarface. Even though it's a class scene it means that there couldn't be a Scarface 2 which is a pity 'cos the character is mint! Cockaroach!
