with a Big Coca Cola and french frys with a ton of ketchup
and finishing touch a big Ice cream..

if you feel low of energy after that
well you better see a doctor

for me i eat healthy and drink lots of water, if i dont have enough water or get too much sleep i dont have any energy.

Working out and eating enough carbohydrates and proteins. Fat is good for endurance, but take it easy on that.
