go on www.google.co.uk/.com(dont matter) and above the search bar there is the option of more... click on this and then scroll right 2 the bottom of the page. The bottom right one is translate. Click on this and then u should see 'translate a url' option. just copy and paste ure url into this and itll do the rest 4 u pretty accurately.
Note:I have used this b4 trying 2 translate some french stuff 4 a game and it worked great

If English is available for the website, you should see a small flag icon - American or British - just click on it. If it isn't there, look for a contact point on the website, and email them in English to ask for translation. What is the site.

Best thing, get a translation website, highlight the text and then copy & paste the entire lot into the translator, worldlingo is a good site, the link is below.

right click on that page then goto page info then translate page into english this works only if uhave a google toolbar installed.

You can try Babel Fish, http://babelfish.altavista.com/ but it won't be very accurate, enough to give you an idea but if you are looking for something to give yout he exact meaning, I'm afraid there is no service that will do that.
