I like Maybelline and Covergirl best. I really like Covergirl's eye shadows. I also like NYC.

These brands compete against each other by putting the best stuff in only a few of their products.
Here's my rundown on what each brand does best.
L'Oreal for conditioners and hair stylers (like their BlissDrops serum, it's great)
Max Factor for nothing. It makes me think of stage makeup. Gross
Maybelliene for lipsticks and glosses
Revlon for mascara, eyeliner and foundation. One of my favorite brands, although their lipsticks are too thick and concentrated for my taste.
Covergirl for face powder
NYC for nothing. I've got some nail polish from them but it chipped an hour after I applied it. I hate their cutesy packaging.

My first choices are Covergirl and Maybelline, then Revlon but they all have good makeup but these work the best for me and my complexion.

Personally...my choice outta all of these would be Maybelline, but they r all gd in their own wayz..lyk 4 example, Revlon hav reely gd Nail Varnish! lol

I like Maybelline the best, but they all have good lines and bad lines.

Maxfactor by far! It's my favorite, espically when it comes to their eyeshadow.
Covergirl isn't far behind though.
