The answers above are right, but you should know how to do it yourself.
An easy way to find equivalent fractions is to remember whatever you do to the bottom you have to do to the top.
So, if you multiply the denominator (bottom number) by 3, you have to multiply the numerator (top number) by 3 as well.
In which case 1/4 = 3/12
