go to the explore link and drag it to your desktop. or wherever you want

Go to your internet explorer in your start menu (toolbar), but RIGHT CLICK the internet explorer .You should see a menu with a bar that says "create shortcut", or something like that. Click the "create shortcut" button, and you will have a shortcut!

Once you open Internet Explorer, click File, go down to send, and click Shortcut to Desktop.

You dont need to creat a shortcut just
1-right click on the desktop
2-choose property.
3-Then choose desktop.
4-Choose customize Desktop.
5-Choose general .
Then you can choose the internet explorer from the desktop icons then click OK.

Just drag the real icon onto the desktop. It SHOULD ask you if you want to make a shortcut.

where ever you go to start IE, right clk it and choose "Send To" then choose "Shortcut on desktop"

The file you want to right clk is: Explore.exe
