I think that how you dress shouldn't affect how old you feel. I dress in soccer mom clothes even though I'm only 24. But no matter what I'm wearing it doesn't affect how I feel about I still act about 12 yrs old most days. However if you are concerned with what people say then, I know that Stacy and Clinton, TLC's What Not to Wear, call women that share clothes with their daughters sad. I still say you are only as young as you feel, not as young or old as you dress.

At 30 you should step out of the juniors section and step it up a notch. You can still wear trends, but only if your body type allows for the style. Try heading to the bridge sections at department stores, like: Ralph Lauren, Jones New York, or even INC which is a youthful line for the 30 something age range.
BTW: Skirts should always be just above/at or just below the knee once you turn 30. Leggings help, but just make sure your body can pull of the skinny styles we are seeing today brought back from the 80's.
Happy Shopping.

Wear what is comfortable to you! If you love it and it's in the junior's dept. get it! If you don't love it, or it's a really immature style, skip it! Like with any department, in juniors you have to pick and choose. Modify the outfit, like try a longer skirt w/ leggings underneath.

Hi...carry on the best is yet to be....my 30's and early 40's were the most productive, most interesting, and most verstile years of my life, and make the most of them no matter how, what, where, when and why you want....you should be in control of every waking moment and enjoy and remember them...have fun and never feel uncomfortable or shy or anything...go out there and join the ranks of the confident.

It seems very unprofessional to me and immature. It's great you still feel young and your youthful vibe is great I'm sure but it can come off as very juvenile and people will probably treat you that way until you show them through dress and manner that you are a responsible ADULT, not a teeny bopper.

Take alot of nutrients...All the B nutrients are well, and ensure you are now not iron poor. Hair loss is brought about both by means of malnutrition/nutrition deficiency or heredity...Be definite to consume alot of healthful meals, too... Ok...All the matters that make your hair develop come from the INSIDE...Tell me how placing on rogaine at the external of your scalp goes to support...I imply, rather....

as long as you look good and dont draw alot of unwanted attention you should be able to wear anything you want. the most important thing though is being comfortable.
i say dress young, look good, feel young

i guess it depends on how you wear it but even i feel wierd sometimes when i try on those junior fashions and shop in junior departments, and I'M 21... so if you feel good thats all that matters (we can still wear leggings, they're awsome!!)
