I am 35 weeks pregnant. I had my last doc appointment on thursday. My baby seems to have "dropped" maybe two or three weeks ago. I asked my doctor if this was normal bc with my first son he dropped about 2 weeks before I had him (2 weeks early). He just said "yes, every pregnancy is different". But he didnt check to see how low the babys head was. Anyways, the next day I had indigestion, nausia/vomiting, diarreha, hot flashes, and I started bleeding. I wanted to call the doctor but everytime I ask him about something he just says its normal and not to worry. I havent had any contractions but could delivery be soon? Should I call my doctor or just wait and see?

In order to be in labor you must start your contractions. This is what makes you dilate. He could see that you are not having any contractions and feels there is no need to check to see where the baby is at and how far you have dilated (Every doctor should during your visits though).

Once your contractions start coming evenly and closer together then you should start seeing yourself dilate more quickly. I think you are fine at this point (I am no doctor though). I started dilating and still took a week or so to go into labor. They had to induce me because my contractions would not stay steady and allow me to dilate any faster. I had already dropped a month ago but that was not a sign of labor.

yes, it sounds like delivery could be very soon. i went into preterm labor at 35 weeks last tuesday and last wednesday. this was due to being dehydrated and having diarrhea. they were able to stop mine. if your baby is not moving as much as normal, or if the bleeding is more than a few spots, or if you start having contractions that are more than 4 in 1 hour you should go to the er immediately. if i were you i would call out to the er ob dept anyway and just explain to them what has happened and they will tell you for sure.
good luck and congratulations on the baby

Don't panic. This would be exact exertions or only a fake alarm. In any case the healthcare professional will understand. Every being pregnant and start is distinctive so its difficult to inform precisely whats happening and 32 is often alright to give assuming the little one used to be healthful and usual weight. Take deep breaths and take a look at to calm down and Good Luck and Congratulations!!!!!

If you feel in any way uncomfortable or feel that something may be wrong, then yes, definitely call your doctor. If he keeps telling you the same thing, then go to the ER or to someone who can double check and assure you that either everything is fine or everything isn't. Good Luck!

For me I would say if you seen blood call your Dr. trust me I know about that saying " Oh that's normal" it just make you don't want to ask them anything anymore.

Good Luck!!!!!!!!
