Okay. I'm on the swim team. Over Thanksgiving, we're going to have a lock-in at the swimming pool in which i work out at. I've assembled an "army" of about 5-10 fellow swimmers who would like to play a practical joke on our coach. During this lock-in, we will be having 3 swim practices, and will be cleaning the pool for part of the time, and have one hour of nap time.
So.... That being said, I need a good practical joke to play on our coach. Nothing destructive or illegal. But funny and at our coaches expense.
So, any ideas?????

When he gives you a short set, 50 or 100s have everyone agree to swim a 1000 without stopping. Then he will be yelling and blowing his whistle the whole time.
Throwing him in is fun, make sure the cell phone and wallet don't go in.
Put a Baby Ruth candy bar in the pool and point it out to him.

Hi!
I am a competitive swimmer myself. I notice some of the other answers & reckon that it may come across rather rude to push your coach in to the water. We tried that once & Coach didnt like it one bit.
I have contemplated one practical joke over the years. The joke will prove very funny if you are dealing with a short-course pool, with an even depth throughout.
You can purchase an inflatable alligator & tie it down to the bottom of the pool floor in one corner. A team mate can create a ruckus & call for the coach. Soon when the coach realizes that the 'gator is a fake, Im sure he will be in good spirits.

Well one of the things me and my friends did at the last practice of our long, successful winter season, was we told him there was somethin in the gutter. When he came over, we pushed him in the pool. but make sure u laugh when he's in, just 2 make sure that he knows it was a joke. But I wouldnt do this if u have kinda a coach that probably would get mad bout it or somethin.

make sure your all wet
like jsut getting out of the pool
then get a bucket and fill it up with water
and splash him wiht it
then run to the pool
so he/she cant get you back by pushin you in
or if he/she is near hte water
push them in
just remember they are making ur practices
so make sure htey have somethign to change into
or you might find yourslef wiht a "horror practice"
you know what i mean if youve ever gotten a torture practice

Wat we did at the end of winter season was toss him into the pool. We first jacked his wallet/cell phone so that those didnt get wet. Then we all picked him up, he was resisting, and tossed him into the pool.
