With or without whats the different.
Atheis philosophy said they are no exist but religions said they are exist.

Well, I suppose they can be purely religious without being philosophical...but you still have the whole moral issue that contributes to heaven or hell that's definately tied in with philosophy. You'd have to be a blind follower and not ask questions to have no philosophy in those concepts.

I think they have philosophical foundation but heaven and hell are different for different people. Whatever one likes is a heaven for him/her and whatever one dislikes is hell for him/her. One situation can be heaven for one person and hell for another person. If one does not hate anything, nothing is hell for him/her. The world is a projection of your mind and thoughts.

Strictly speaking - no. They are theological and as such have the philosophical base of theism. Is theism without a philosophical basis, yes because theism relies on faith not a rational argument.

To say that the existence of heaven and hell are philosophically based, would deny the very possibility that they are real dimensions, with real consequences and real experiences, beyond our limited perspective here, on earth......

Atheists believe in no God, so no heaven. To them, it would seem a state of mind. Imagination.

The believer knows in his spirit that they are factual places.
