I'm so sick of the same faces over and over in every movie, show, add ect... It makes the movies less believable when you've seen the same face it tons of other movies. Am I the only one that would rather watch a movie that stars no one I recognize??? Get some new actors in there....out with the old.....there are too many wanna be actors out there to keep featuring the same ones. Whats wrong with the show biz industry, it's not that hard to get a new pretty face. I see tons of beautiful people out there that you can make into actors (Meg Ryan was a waitress not even trying to become an actress when someone she was waiting on "discovered" her pretty face).

I agree some of the best movies I have ever seen have no name actors. Makes it more believable when you dont know what the real actress is up to in real life. Whos dating whom, whos cheating on whom, whos this whos that, ect...........

I tottaly agree with your whole thing because the old actors and actresess are good to a point and the older people in society still think that they are funny but the younger think that they are lame so they do need to search for younger and funner talent.

I agree, but having said that some of them are really selfish take for example the film Angelina Jolie is shooting in India would't it have been better for a half cast person to take the role insted of her see what I mean? I also think we should stop giving them our attention coz they are just scouching off the little money we have.

I think being a "Celebrity" is soooooo over rated all they can think about is do i look good and being skinny its reatarded Those "celebs" need to get a reality check because they are no better than any1 else they might have a better voice or are pretty but that does not matter so blah to them.

well people like celebrities because when celebrities mess up people feel better about there own lifes. some people like celebriates because there lifes are so interesting and they wanna know more about them. some people like celebrities because people wanna be like them. celebrities are young childrens role models. people like them for different reasons.
I agree with you a think they should give new people chances but they pick well known people because they know they will be good, plus there movies usally make more money because people like that actor or actress.

no they are great maybe it is werid because they play different roles and it is not that easy to find new faces they have to be great and they have to act they can't just say "Hey you are pretty you are the new star" you have to go through acting school, and be really pretty once you figure that out it makes sense

I think people like celebrity's because they put on a lot of make-up and try to look all pretty. Or maybe they look up to them as like a romodel, or something.

Like me, i love celebrities because they always turn bad infront of screen, their privay taken and certainly being exposed badly in disasters,........ you will have to enjoy that!!!

thats a great way to put it. i totally agree with you. but basically, thats their job. thats how they get their money. sometimes their rich snobs that only care about themselves.... oh well. it depends on how you look at it.
