First of all, it's "pregnant". That's how you spell it. In fact, your question should look like this: "I'm 18 years old and I'm pregnant, but I don't feel like I am. Could I still be pregnant?" How you come across online = how seriously your question gets taken.

Second of all, go get a blood test at a doctor's office to determine if you are or not. If you are pregnant, decide if you want to keep the baby, abort or give it up for adoption. If you decide to go through with it, see an obstetrician and get pre-natal care; it's out there and it can be found for low-cost or free.

I'd recommend at 18 either aborting or giving it up for adoption. You're young and if you have a baby this young, you and the child are almost guaranteed an existence below the poverty line. Abort or give it up, then get into college and get your own life going. Be able to support yourself in your own career first, marry if you feel like it, and have a kid if you want to -- nothing says you have to pro-create (in this order) only when you have a supportive, loving partner, and can support yourself. And from now on, be responsible with birth control every time.

By the way, if you decide to have this child, check with an attorney: up to age 18, the father is legally liable to support any child he fathered, and his wages can be garnished. One would hope that the baby's father is there, loves you, loves this child, wants it, and is capable of supporting it, just like you are capable of supporting yourself and the child. If this isn't the case, I'd seriously recommend looking into abortion or adoption.

Hope this helps, and good luck. Cheers, K

First go to the doctor or a clinic. Find out for sure. Then go back to English 101. It's I'm not I'am. Also it's pregnant not preganat.

Consider yourself a lucky female. When I became pregnant, it didnt seem like a reality to me either. I never knew how it felt to be pregnant, but I knew that being pregnant couldnt have been as easy as it was for me. But, at 8 weeks, I started to have morning sickness and that's when the realization came. I am pretty sure that you are still pregnant. You really dont feel much at the beginning of a pregnancy. Believe me, it is coming. And if it never does, then you truly are one of the luck ones. And dont pay attention to everyone who keeps saying consider abortion or adoption, unless that is really what you want to do. Even though you are 18, if you have a family that cares about you, then you can make it. May God bless you and your baby.

Don't know how you are supposed to feel when you are only 8 weeks prego...not much there moving around yet. I never got morning sickness when I was prego...only reason I knew was because of missed periods. If you want to be sure, you can always take a test from the drug store. Are you married? Its hard having a kid. If you are not married you should give your child up for adoption...do not abort. Your child deserves the best that it can have and the best is not a single mother. Don't be selfish here...now you have someone else to think about.

I'm 23 weeks and until about a week ago when I started to show (it took forever but is moving along now) I haven't felt pregnant at all. Even now it's just the discomfort of things stretching and not being able to lay on my back or stomach anymore. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with you.

Unless you had a miscarriage and didn't know it, which is highly unlikely, you are still pregnant. Sometimes in the first months before you show it is hard to feel pregnant! But just wait it'll come! You'll be so big it will be miserable to even think about doing anything but lay there!

go to the doc's get him/her to do a pregnancy test, if its still positive (which I think it will be) then count your lucky stars that you don't have the symptoms of the first trimester.. they suck.

by the way don't listen to the person who said 'you should give your child up for adoption' that is of course an option, but not just if you are unmarried or young..
you can do it (bring up the kid), there are plenty of young mom support groups and friends that will help you get through it. my mom was a single mom with more three kids. she even adopted one. anyway this was not the question you asked, I just thought I would save you from bad advice from someone's previous answer.
take care

Yep, I have had 7 kids, and every pregnancy was different!
With one I really didn't think I was pregnant, I was still nursing, and never felt preggers!

Take care of your self, and your baby!
If your worried a quick trip to the ob/gyn can assure you everything is okay!

Best advice to you is go see the doctor to confirm. You're not really that far along yet, so if you're not having any symptoms, that's ok. If the test said yes, then yes you are pregnant. You would know otherwise, I'm sure. Go to your doctor, get him or her to check things out for you and make sure all is going well.
Blessings,
Melissa

Have you taken a pregnancy test? Did it come out positive? Then you are most likely pregnant. Besides, have you ever been pregnant before? If now, how would you know what pregnancy feels like?
