Singapore is generally humid throughout the year. Thus, just bring some 'summer' clothing.
However, in Janurary, Singapore is still in the monsoon season, so expect abit of rain.
If you are planning to attend some function, concert, play or moives, please bring a blazer / jacket, cos they got pretty 'strong' air-conditioning (in-door) here (plus: you might need it on your ride here).
Cheers.

Just bring light clothing, its hot all year around. Plus an umbrella or a raincoat/windbreaker, as it still might rain occasionally.
