Other parts of the movies sees here having a birthday party and her mum doesn't believe that she has an imaginary bunny friend (6ft man dressed in bunny costume!) She also feeds carrotts to the rabbit in the garden. Bit of a long shot question but it's a nagging distant memory that I hope someone might be able to help me with!

I think you may have a couple of films mixed up. Harvey, starting James Stewart was filmed in 1950 and he could see the 6 foot rabbit, not a girl seeing the rabbit. However, there was a movie called Drop Dead Fred filmed in 1991. This movie was about a girl that had an "imaginary friend" named Drop Dead Fred. He use to get her in trouble with her mother when she was a child. He goes away, but comes back when she is older and again reeks havoc in her life. Hope this is what you are looking for.

Harvey, was a film from the 1950's, shot in Black & White and staring James Stewart (it has been remade for TV a couple of times). The only thing I can think of with a girl and a White Rabit is Alice In Wonderland, but that doesn't fit your plot.

Hi, there is one called Harvey- but it's a guy who has the friend rabbit- he's also an alcoholic and it was made in the 50's...perhaps they remade a nicer version for kiddies in the 80's?

Sorry I couldn't be more help...

I really cant remember, I remember a film poster I saw years ago with bruce willis in a bunny costume with a small boy... i think it was called Kid or something like that.

I'm curious to know myself, i searched the IMDB (www.imdb.com) (internation movie data base) to no avail, but i'm sure bruce willis was on a poster which is similar to what your describing.
