i recent call back the employer to check the status of my interview and he responded that they were doing my paper work and that i was schedule for orientation on Sunday but he would call me to let me know everything this week do i have the job?

Not so fast. I'm afraid you've misunderstood. Obviously there's an EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) issue here in that they do not have enough people of Asian-Pacific ancestry applying for the position.
It sounds like that "Orientation" is a session in which they'll help you to look and act as if you are from the orient and therefore can be claimed as a minority (Asian-Pacific). If this session is successful and you're then Asian enough for them than they may hire you.
**** Just kidding -- pop the cork, you're almost certainly hired!

Sure as heck sounds like it. Why else would they be doing orientation? Wait till you hear from them definitely before you eliminate all other job possibilities, however. Good luck!

I'd have to say that yeah you got the job, 'cause why would they give an orientation to someone who's not gonna be hired?

let him call u first never take anything in verbal for granted, only when you signed the paper then u know u r hired.
