I'm a professional painter stain would be the best solution clean deck with a deck cleaning detergent first not bleach that breaks wood membranes down also the darker color the faster the material paint or stain will break down if in direct sunlight

Try powerwashing and using behr solid deck stain. The solid base covers the wood grain so you cannot see stains. A semi-transparent allows you to see little. Good Luck!

clean if off, power spray if necessary, and stain it dark green. If you have dogs, they will tear paint off in no time at all. There are all types of deck stains

The only place you should use KILZ is on the bottom of your garbage can.
