i have a pair of fog lights for my 06 accord. i touch the red wire to a screw on the (+) and the blue to a screw on the (-) and ground the black. when the power is on, i still dont get any light. is my fogs broken or am i supposed to touch my wires to something else?

i have never seen three wires on a set of fog lights you earth the black wire to the bodywork the red you connect to a relay which when switched will give full battery power to your fog lights the red wire is not strong enough it's self to carry power to each lamp

The blue wire could go to a relay in the lights. You probably need to touch that to + to turn on the lights. If that works, and you want them to come on with the low beams, you'd just hook it to a low beam wire. Or you could put it to a fog light switch you installed.

try grounding the light it self,they are suppose to ground against metal.
