"Remote Computer Did Not Respond." How do I resolve this?

the "remote computer' is the server that you are trying to access.
Is this happening on all the websites you are trying to visit or just specific ones?

If it's a specific website, then the problem is probably at their end, the server may be down or too busy to handle your request.

If its all websites, I would get in touch with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) as they will be able to give you help specifically for your connection and modem.
