i'm a nursing major, and we recently learned in human anatomy and physiology 101 that when a man gets sexually excited, his bulbourethral gland secretes a mucus that helps lubricate the tip of the penis. even if he pulled out before he came, there are still some sperm in the bulbourethral fluid, so pregnancy is possible. you also said that you missed a pill earlier in the week...i think most birth control pills change the lining of a woman's reproductive tract to make it harder for sperm to reach the egg, as well as changing the thickness of the uterine lining to make implantation of a fertilized egg harder (at least, i'm on yaz birth control and that's what yaz does).
i don't really know your chances of being pregnant, but there's some information that may help put your mind at ease until you can find out for sure.

the pull and pray method alone has a typical 27% fail rate or with perfect use (done properly every time a fail rate of 5%. the pill has a typical fail rate of 8% (that factors in people missing their pills with out missed pills the fail rate is .3%). so those are the statistics, now if you look at them your chance of getting pregnant are not very high. also if you are on the pill, you don't really have an ovulation time period, the pill most of the time prevents ovulation. and often when it does happen it happens due to missed pills or antibiotic use. also the birth control pill has been discovered to protect in other ways than just preventing ovulation. it also can prevent implantation. (this is why some pro-life groups are against many of the hormone birth control forms...they think it might be killing babies...where really it just makes your body unable to hold a pregnancy). so good luck chill out maybe get some condoms to be extra carefull...their perfect fail rate is 2% the typical fail rate of condoms is 15%...

Even though you missed a pill earlier in the week...it's still in your system. As long as you continued taking them the next day and doubled up...you're fine. Just don't stress about it, this can cause your period to be delayed.

Listen...you're not pregnant. I think you have yourself quite covered. As long as you take your pill regularly most of the time, and you're using the pull out method on top of that, you're fine. Don't get yourself all upset other wise you'll start seeing signs of pregnancy that just aren't really there. The mind is powerful.

it's not math dear to calculate the chance its real life the best way is to get yourself checked either by baby check or a blood sample.
