O.k. i have 5 people to shop for on a LOW buget
1.my mom i was thinking a CHEAP cashmere sweater i found its burgandy
2. my dad i was thinking of a CHEAP fleece aletic thing and a small throw
3.Jacob- moms boyfriend * mom and dad are divorced i was thinking like the same sweater deal as my dad but no throw
4.kim dads girlfriend i was thinking of a throw or a diaper bag because shes having my dads baby
5.my friend jessica i was thinking 2 pairs of fuzzy socks and lip gloss or a cd.

If you have a low budget, try this:
For all the ladies on your list Buy personal hygeine products, (shampoo, conditioner, razors, toothbrush, toothpaste) Put it all in a basket and wrap the whole basket. One basket for each.
For the guys do the same thing, add some socks, some snacks , and useful stuff. It will cost less and Wal mart always has good sales on stuff like that.

Don't get a diaper bag for your dad's girlfriend...that's not a personal gift...that's a gift for the baby. Buy her a pretty nightgown. The rest of your ideas are good.

a lot of stores have sales that you get a free gift with purchase keep a lookout for those and you will get 2 gifts for the price of 1
