M24 is approximately Middleton (Manchester).

The first part of a postcode encloses quite a large area, so the precise answer is not possible, but fortunately the bit of England doesn't have any major hills, gorges or cliffs!

According to Google Earth the middle of Middleton is 275 feet above sea level, and the immediate area varies around 300 feet.

Are you crazy? Post codes radiate out from the centre of the postal area. It has nothing to do with the sea (unless of course you live in Skegness!)
