Do people still wear snow boot cuz i've only seen like maybe 10 people wear them or shud i wait longer before wear them?

God well it is bloody winter isn't it? durrr do you only wear things if other people say it's ok? i think thats rather sad!

If you feel you need to wear them to protect your feet, shoes, and socks, then wear and them. Don't worry about what everyone else thinks. For me, I have to wear snow boots because my feet get so cold. If I am around a bunch that aren't, it does not make me feel uncomfortable.
I hate it when people do not bundle up properly. I do not understand why bravery and fashion are more important than feeling comfortable. Sure you may feel alright without outerwear, but why not feel better than alright. You know you need them. So wear them.

Fashion boots can be worn year round as long as they fit with the outfit you are wearing. Mostly, just use your best judgment when you look at yourself in the mirror. Do the boots complement the outfit, or do they stand out? If they don't look odd, like with a pair of shorts, then you're OK.
