floppy disk lodge in drive can't get out?

I opened my floppy drive and the disk didn't come out, I can hear it inside my hp pavilion laptop , how do i get it out????

first of all if youre still useing floppy disk get a new computer

If your floppy drive has a small "pinhole" on the face of the drive, you can insert a straightened out paper-clip into the hole to free up the mechanism to open it up. Good luck.
