I think you need to be true to yourself, if your not a girly girl it may be hard to pull off. With that said my girlfriend is extremely feminine, she wears a lot of pink, and greens. She doesn't wear alot of heals because she says they are not comfortable; thus you can still be very famine in flats or wedges. Her room is pink and surrounded by collector's dolls. I really like embellished jeans they are comfortable and yet feminine. Hope this helps.

Learn from the french. Switch when you walk. Keep that dip in your back. Good posture. A cutesy voice. Good fashion sense. Little is cute if you're little, if not forget about it. But more important than being girly, is being oneself.

Just be who you are, don't try to change. It could just be a phase you'll eventually grow out of. I was really tomboyish a long time ago but now I'm really feminine/innocent(no, that doesn't mean acting like the girls on "The Hills" or being stupid or ditzy...that'd be the opposite of "innocent/cute". )

If you're not femenine you can't act femenine.. but it's always femenine to wear make-up and jewelery and pretty girly clothes, not necesarilly short skirts... you can wear girly denims with girly tops and pretty jewelry and nice make-up and look very femenine

wear heels and skirts/dresses. Wearing heels and girly clothes always makes me feel/act more girly

It not only goes with how you dress, but also how you present yourself. Have manners at all times!!!! you can do things like get a massage, manicure/pedicure, go to the hair salon, accessorize with your outfits (Bracelets/Belts/Earrings, etc.) If you need anymore suggestions just respond back to me. Hang out with some girly girls and do makeovers, talk about boys, etc. and you could watch tv shows like the OC or Laguna Beach.

well... lets see... I'm a huge girly girl.. so I'll just tell u how I act/dress!!!!
-- wear stylish clothes/ and accessories to mathc (earrings, belts, purses, necklaces.. etc)
--wear stylish shoes
--fix ur hair appropriate to every occasion
--wear makeup (not to much tho u dont wanna look like a clown) {{clear lipgloss, shimmery eyeshadow, foundation/powder}}
--get ur nails done (or just keep them clean and polished)
--wear perfume
--don't burp or fart and laugh about it like the boys do
--u can play sports just don't be so into them that it's ur life (unless it's cheerleading)
--make sure your eyebrows don't look like a cavemens (get them shaped/ waxed.. and inbetween waxings pluck them ur self) {{just dont over pluck them}}
*well.. I'd say thats about it..*
--but watch how other girly girls act at school.. and out in town.. don't become their clone.. but take lessons (secretly)

Get your nails done. Get your eyebrows waxed. Always wear perfume. Make sure your hair is always neat and clean.You can wear some make-up if you want (not too much) Last but no least always smile!

to act more like that you should spend alot of time on yourself
you should always make sure everything you do is in place
such as your hair has to always be right your outfits always should b cute and matching also even jewlery should sometimes match
